摘  要:通过对实习生实习前的培训内容和教师角色转换相关因素进行调查与分析,发现通过实习前的培训,提高了学生对教育实习及体育教学的认识,较好地促进了学生自身能力的提高,使实习生在讲解、示范、教法运用、课堂组织、纠正错误、课堂气氛控制和人际交往等方面有了较好的把握,促进了实习生向教师角色转变的完成进程,对今后提高学生能力及教育实习的质量和效益有着积极的促进作用。This article investigates and analyzes the exchanging of teacher role and the training before the exercitation. The result showed that the training before the exercitation, improves the cognition, develops the ability of the students, and pro- motes the explanation, the model, the class organization, correcting the flues, controlling the class atmosphere and interper- sonal interaction, and also accelerates the process of the role from the practiser to the teacher, which have active promoting function for improving ability and the quality and benefit of education exercitation.
