摘  要:当前《形势与政策》课存在着诸如教学领导和组织不能密切配合、协调一致;教学管理缺乏科学性;教学手段落后,授课形式单一等问题。究其原因,主要是由于部分领导认识不到位;师资力量薄弱,教学水平偏低;教材建设滞后;教师的利益得不到有效保障。要改变这种现状,就应完善体制,规范管理,建立齐抓共管的运行机制;深化教学内容、方法、实践环节、考试环节的改革;加强立体化教材建设;运用多媒体教学手段,建立教育资源共享机制。Nowadays there are still many problems existing in the Situation and Policy Course. For example, the organization can not achieve to closely and harmonious coordination with teaching process;the teaching management are lack of scientific methods; the means of teaching are a little bit backward;the ways of teaching are single. The main reasons for these problems are: some leaders of universities pay less attention to the strategic importance of this eourse; the weakness of the faculties and the low teaching level;the falling behind in the construction of teaching material;the interests of teachers can not be guaranteed effectively. For changing this situation,we should perfect it with a standard management ; set up an operating system with division of labor and individual responsibility;deepen the reform on the teaching content,method, practice and exam process of this course; reinforce the construction in the teaching material; permit the usage of multimedia tools during teaching process and set up sharing system of the teaching resource.
