摘  要:采用合作性学习的授课方式开展儿科护理学的教学,通过理论、实验成绩和对合作性学习的评价显示,合作性学习组的理论、实验考试成绩显著优于传统授课组。合作性学习有助于提高学生的学习成绩和沟通能力,有助于提高学生运用知识、促进整体护理思维的能力,还有利于激发学生的学习兴趣、培养其团队精神。This paper deals with the application of cooperative learning mode in the pediatric nursing teaching. The results show that the cooperative learning group is better than the traditional-teaching group, which has been evaluated by their examination records both in theory and experimental performance. The cooperative learning mode is effective. The cooperative learning mode benefits students in many aspects: improving their performance records and communication skills, promoting their capability to make good use of knowledge and whole-nursing thinking ability, it also stimulates their interest in learning and cultivates their team spirit.
