摘  要:女童教育是一项复杂的系统工程。受少数民族传统文化观念、家庭教育、应试教育、自然环境、教育投入等多重因素的制约,西部少数民族贫困地区女童教育发展缓慢。为了实现我国教育的和谐发展的焦点,需要采取相应的发展对策:澄清观念,扫除思想文化上的障碍;构建社会支持网络,完善女童教育的保障体系深化教育改革,创新女童教育模式;加强对女童教育的理论研究。Young girls' education is both a complicated and a systematic project. Due to the impact from the traditional ethnic and cultural concept, family education, test-oriented education, natural environment and the educational in vestment, the education of Young girls in the impoverished western ethnic areas remains rather slow and backward. In an attempt to achieve the harmonious development of education, It's necessary for us to adapt corresponding policies; to clarify the concept to remove the ideological barriers; to build social support network to improve the security systemand to deepen the educational reform; to innovate the Young girls' education mode; to strengthern the study of theories.
