摘　　要：本文是以成品啤酒为样品,将啤酒蒸馏后,使用气相色谱仪,采用外标法和内标法两种定量方法对其中的高级醇进行定量分析,以比较两种定量方法的优缺点。结果表明:一般情况下,内标法比外标法准确,因为内标法可能会消除基体效应。当物质之间有强的相互作用时,外标法比内标法准确。The aim of this paper was to compare the aduantages and disaduantagcs of two quantitative methods used by gas chromatographic analysis of the sample of beer which was treated by distillation. The results showed that the ISTD method was more precise than ESTD because the ISTD method could eliminate the matrix effect. When, however, there is a strong interaction between them, the ISTD method gives better results than the ESTD method.
