摘 要:为吏品格与执法公正是儒法两家思考的重要问题。韩非"以法为教"、"以吏为师"思想,推崇法治的根本意义,强调官吏执法教民的治国理念。睡虎地秦简中出现的两种不同"吏道"思想,以及汉代循吏与酷吏的急剧分化,则揭示了韩非"以法为教"思想的终结。《说苑》儒法结合的"为吏之道"为执法公正提供了坚实的人道基础。Being officials and just law enforcement are just two important issues among legalists and Confucian thoughts. Han Feizi upholds the rule of law, stresses obeying the rule of law, and considers the two ideas are the concept of governing the country. As described in the bamboo slips Cancient books,discovered in Shuihudi area, there are two different "officials thinking", which differs sharply from that of Han Dynasty, revealing the end of law enforcement. The "officials thinking" in book shuoyuan just provides a solid foundation of humanity for law enforcement.
