摘  要:从护患关系方面,就加强护士沟通能力培养的视角,探索构建和谐护患关系的途径。加强护士沟通能力培养的重要性:其既是适应护理人才培养的需要,也是改善护士护患沟通能力缺乏现状的需要,同时还是防范和杜绝护患纠纷的需要;护患沟通对构建和谐护患关系的意义:护患沟通是构建和谐医患关系的前提条件和构建和谐医疗环境的良好途径。培养护士沟通能力的途径:加强护士职业道德培训,树立"以人为本"的服务观念;开展各种形式的人际沟通的相关知识培训,提高护士的整体素质;在实践中加强护士沟通能力的培养;建立护患沟通制度。The building of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is part of a harmonious socialist society is an important component.
