摘　　要：本文研究了甲醛合次硫酸氢钠(吊白块)的离子特征和电化学活性,建立了离子色谱-电化学检测食品中的甲醛合次硫酸氢钠的检测体系,并讨论了pH和温度对甲醛合次硫酸氢钠的影响。In this article the study on the ionic and electrochemical characters of sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate （ rangalit） was conducted. A HPLC - electrochemical detection （ED） determination method for rongalit in food was established. The effects of the acidity and temperature on the stability of sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate were discussed.
