0:3型耶尔森氏菌致免疫兔甲状腺变化的实验研究

摘　　要：用０３型小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌（ＹｅｒｓｉｎｉａＥｎｔｅｒｏｃｏｌｉｔｉｃａ）抗原免疫４只新西兰纯种兔，４～１０周后兔眼球突出，体重下降，血清ＴＴ３、ＴＴ４浓度升高。２／４只兔免疫前ＴＴ３为１．４７±０．１ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ（ｘ±ｓ），免疫后达６．５±０．２４ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．００１）；免疫前ＴＴ４为３７．９８±６．３７ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ，免疫后达８６．４３±１２．７７ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．００１）。病理变化主要为：甲状腺滤泡缩小，胶质减少，滤泡上皮增生肥大。电子显微镜下见甲状腺上皮细胞粗面内质网扩张，分泌颗粒增多等高分泌功能状态，间质内可见浆细胞浸润。酶免疫组织化学显示０３型耶尔森氏菌抗血清与甲状腺组织有特异的结合反应。Four to ten weeks after immunization of rabbits with antigens of 0∶3 serotype Yersinia enterocolitica ,the exophthalmopathy and body weight loss appeared.The TT 3,TT 4 levels of the two of four rabbits increased as mearsured by RIA.The levels of TT 3 and TT 4 before immunization were 1 47±0 1nmol/L( x±s) and 37 98±6 37nmol/L,respectively and after immunization were 6 5±0 24nmol/L and 86 43±12 77nmol/L( P <0 001),respectively.The follicles were small and contained little colloid.Under electron microscopy,the rough endoplasmic reticulum was dilated and exuberant suggesting high secretion state.The plasmocytes were seen in thyroid.Enzyme immuned histochemistry revealed that the antisera of 0∶3 Yersina enterocolitica immunized rabbits reacted specifically with thyroid tissues.
