茜草组织培养生产蒽醌的研究进展

摘　　要：对茜草中蒽醌合成途径以及通过茜草组织培养生产蒽醌的研究进展进行了简要的综述,介绍了在茜草的组织培养中影响细胞生长、次生代谢产物的因素以及提高蒽醌产量的措施。The biosynthetic pathways of anthraquinones in Rubia cordifolia and the research achievements of anthraquinone produced by tissue culture of Rubia cordifolia were reviewed in this article. Several environmental factors which influence the cell growth and the formation of secondary metabolites, and some measures used to enhance anthraquinone＇s yield were introduced.
