摘 要:对静态及RBD反应器培养得到的细菌纤维素的持水性、纯度、结晶度及纤维丝结构进行测试,分析了2种不同培养方式下得到的细菌纤维素的性质与结构的差异。结果表明,RBD反应器培养的细菌纤维素较静态培养的细菌纤维素具有更高的持水性和纯度;静态培养所得纤维素的结晶度比RBD反应器培养的结晶度大,纤维丝带也更致密、纤细。Bacterial cellulose was produced in rotating bio-disc reactor and the traditional static mode. The water-holding capacity, purity, crystal degree and cellosilk structure of bacterial cellulose produced in static or rotating bio-disc (RBD) reactors were tested. The differences in the property and structure of bacterial cellulosed produced in static or RBD reactors were analyzed. The results indicated that the bacterial cellulose produced in RBD reactor had higher water-holding capacity and purity. The bacterial cellulose produced in the traditional static method, whose cellosilk structure were more compact and fine, had higher crystal degree than that produced in RBD reactorl
