高等学校班级建设存在的主要问题及对策

摘　　要：高等教育体制改革的逐步深入,给高等学校班级管理带来了深刻的影响。导致高等学校班级建设出现很多问题:如班级缺乏凝聚力,学生缺少团队意识和合作精神;以寝室代替班级,阻碍了大学生之间的整体沟通;班级之间发展不均衡,形成班级之间的不和谐。产生这些问题的原因有社会及家庭的影响,也有学校扩大招生规模和教学管理的缺失等原因。要解决这些问题,应加强大学生的团队精神建设和对学生干部的培养,辅导员深入学生生活,切实做好学生思想政治工作;加强班级特色文化建设,增强班级凝聚力;切实抓好学风建设,以良好的学风形成良好的班风。Many problems exist in campus classes at present because of the influence of some factors from society, such as laxation in discipline, lack of cohesion, imbalance in class development and so on.The political and ideologicl assistants of colleges and universities are to begin with the aspects of college students＂ ideology, academic dicipline ,student cadres＂ training, system building and so on in order to solve these problems. For this purpose the campus students＂ assistants are to go deep among the students, do well the college students＂ ideological and political work in real earnest, improve the academic discipline building,move forward the class discipline building with the academic discipline. The student cadres＂ training are to be strengthened and a sound system be set up.
