身高标准体重法对苏州市某高职学校女生营养状况的评价与分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解高职女生的营养状况。[方法]采用整群抽样的方法选取414名高职住宿女生,并用身高标准体重法对其进行营养状况评价。[结果]高职女生的营养不良率呈逐年下降趋势,而超重和肥胖率呈上升趋势。[结论]应开展多种形式的体育锻炼,大力倡导合理营养,增强体质。[ Objective] To investigate the nutritional status of female students in higher vocational school. [ Methods] By the method of cluster sampling, 414 female students in higher vocational school were investigated, and their nutritional states were analyzed by the method of standard height-weight. [ Results] It was shown that the incidences of malnutrition of higher vocational school female students decreased year by year. But the rates of overweight and obesity increased year by year. [Conclusion] It is important to develop physical training in diverse forms, and to advocate rational nutrition and to strengthen physical fitness.
