摘　　要：高职院校制度文化建设应该以树立高职独特校风为核心,以解放教师思想、唤醒广大学生对制度的认同感为基本点,以制度保证制度的落实为措施,建立创新型人才培养机制,坚持就业导向,以保证高职教育的正确发展方向。The construction of the system and culture in higher vocational colleges should focus on the establishment of the peculiar schooling style, set free the thinking of the teaching staff, and arouse the awareness of students to the system. In addition, the implementation of the system, and creativity of the employment-orientation may help the higher vocational colleges to develop properly.
