摘　　要：病例讨论课是临床医学教学的重要方法之一，在临床教学实践中采用病例讨论的教学方法，是医学生临床实习中一项具有实践意义的教学措施，有助于提高学生的主动学习积极性，培养学生的临床思维能力，增加医学生与患者的沟通机会，树立牢固的安全医疗观念，扩展其知识面．Clinical case discussion is an important way in clinical medical teaching. In clinical practice teaching of medicine, ease discussion is helpful to improve the students＇learning enthusiasm, to train their clinic thought, to increase medical students the opportunity to communicate with patients, to establish the concept of the security of health care, and to broaden knowledge.
