摘　　要：研究生招生是研究生教育中的第一步，如何把好生源质量关是保证研究生教育质量的重要环节．基于西部院校研究生招生调剂现状，分析了研究生招生调剂工作中存在的问题，并就改善目前西部医科院校调剂现状进行了探讨．The enrollment of graduate students is the first step in the process of graduate education. Based on the situations of graduate cross-school enrollment of colleges in west china, we analysed the problems that exist in the process of the enrollment and discussed the way to improve the current situations of cross-school enrollment in medical colleges in west china.
