摘　　要：以示范性职业院校建设为标志,走内涵发展道路,必须把实施品牌战略作为高职教育改革的突破点;把毕业生综合素质的培养作为高职教育教学改革的重点;把"双师素质"教师队伍建设作为职业院校教师队伍建设的关键点;把多方筹措资金加大高职院校各方面建设的投入作为着力点。To walk the connotation development technical college as marker, attention should be paid path with building the exemplary vocational and to the following： implementing brand strategy as the breakthrough of higher vocational education reform, cultivating graduates＇ integrated quality as the focus of higher vocational education and teaching reform, building the double competency＇ s teaching staff＂ as the key point of vocational colleges＇ teaching staff building, and raising funds via various channels as the investment focus of building all aspects of higher vocational colleges.
