摘 要:以热带假丝酵母菌、白地霉AS2.616和白地霉AS2.1035为菌种,发酵红麻亚铵法制浆废液,在原废液浓度9°Be′、培养液pH值6.0、发酵温度30℃、摇床转速140 r/min、接种量3%、摇瓶装液量50 mL/250 mL,发酵时间分别在48 h、60 h、60 h的优化条件下,以每升废液中菌体绝干质量(以Q表尔)和COD去除率为指标筛选菌种。结果表明:白地霉AS2.1035优于热带假丝酵母和白地霉AS2.616,因此确定白地霉AS2.1035为发酵红麻亚铵法制浆废液优选菌种,在初选条件下,Q可达6.110 g,发酵废液COD_(Cr)去除率达28.1%。The kenaf ammonium sulfite pulping waste liquor was fermented by the yeasts of Candida tropical, Geotrichum candidum AS 2.616 and Geotrichum candidum AS 2. 1035. The optimal parameters were as follows: the consistency of waste liquor 9°Be′, pH value 6.0, temperature 30℃, the dosage of inoculum 3%, the rotating speed 140 rpm, the liquor volume of bottle 50 mL/250 mL, the fermentation times of Candida tropical, C, eotrichum candidum AS 2. 616 and Geotrichum candidum AS 2. 1035 were 48 h, 60 h and 60 h respectively. The production of yeasts and the removal of CODCr were the indicators to select the best yeast. The results showed that Geotrichum candidum AS 2.1035 was the best yeast used to treat the kenaf ammonium sulfite pulping waste liquor. The production of Geotrichum candidum AS 2. 1035 is 6.110 g/L and the removal of the CODer is about 28.1%.
