摘  要:目的:建立一种能同时测定乳制品饮料中2种防腐剂和3种甜味剂的检测方法。方法:样品经过沉淀蛋白处理,然后再过滤。结果:2种防腐剂和3种甜味剂均能得到良好的分离和检测。平均回收率在98.0%~99.0%之间,RSD在0.9%~3.4%之间。结论:该方法灵敏度高,重现性和选择性好,回收率高,操作简便,是同时检测乳制品饮料中防腐剂和甜蜜素的有效定量方法。Objective: A new method is established for the determination of 2 kinds of aseptic and 3 kinds of sweetener in dairy products drinks by HPLC. Methods:Sample was to be taken precipitation proteide, and then filtered. Results:Two kinds of aseptic and 3 kinds of sweetener were well parted and checked. The average recovery ranged from 98. 0% - 99.0% , and the RSD was 0. 9% -3.4%. Conclusion:The method has high sensitiveness, reasonable reappearance and selectivity,and good recovery. It is also very simple to handle. So this effective quantify method is suitable for determination of aseptic and sweetener in dairy products drinks at the same time.
