摘　　要：美国国家专业教学标准委员会(NBPTS)是美国权威的中小学优秀教师认证机构,它制定了中小学各学科优秀教师专业标准,建立了优秀教师评估体系,极大地提高了美国基础教育的教师素质。这对我国教师专业化发展有着重要的借鉴意义,我们应充分认识教师素质在课程改革中的重要性,建立科学合理的教师评价机制,走以标准推动教师专业化发展之路。The National Board for Professional Teaching Standards （ NBPTS ） is the authoritative organization for attesting excellent teachers of primary and high schools in the United States. It has established excellent teacher profession standards for primary and high school teachers of different courses and built up an evaluation system for attesting excellent teachers, which have greatly stimulated the development of teachers ＇ qualities in basic education. This has provided us with important inspiration for teachers＇ professional development in our country. We should attach great importance to teachers＇ qualities in the curriculum reform, build up reasonable and scientific evaluation mechanism and take the road of standardizing teacher profession.
