摘  要:目的:探讨鱼油饮食对高脂诱导肥胖模型大鼠血糖、三酰甘油(TG)及胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法:制备肥胖大鼠模型并按体重随机分为两组:高脂饮食组(高脂对照组)和鱼油饮食组,分别饲养4周,取血清等,采用葡萄糖氧化酶法测血糖,大型生化仪测TG,RIA法测胰岛素,以胰岛素与血糖的比值(I/G)作为评价胰岛素敏感性的指标。结果:鱼油组TG、腹膜后脂肪组织、体重增量明显低于高脂对照组,血糖有降低的趋势(P=0.0666),胰岛素抵抗无变化。结论:鱼油饮食能够降低肥胖模型大鼠血糖、TG、体重增量,但是对已经形成的胰岛素抵抗无影响。Objective:To study the effects of fish oil diet on serum glucose,triglyceride and insulin resistance in high-fat-diet induced obese rat.Methods:The obese rats were established and divided into two groups:high-fat diet group and fish oil diet group.After fed for 4 weeks,the concentration of glucose in two groups were measured by glucose oxide-peroxidase method.An automatic biochemical apparatus was used to measure the levels of TG.The levels of insulin were measured by RIA,the ratio of insulin versus glucose (I/G) as the indicator of insulin resistance.Results:The concentration of TG, retroperitoncal fat mass and weight gain in fish oil diet rat were significantly lower than those in high fat diet rat.There were no significant differences between two groups in the concentrations of glucose and I/G,but the concentrations of glu-cose in fish oil diet group had much more tendency to reduce than those in high fat diet group (P=0.0666).Conclusion: Fish oil diet can reduce TG, glucose, weight gain and retroperitoneal fat mass, but it is not an effective treatment for preexisting insulin resistance.
