摘　　要：招生和就业工作是高等学校的两项重要工作。学生培养的直接目标是就业,就业率是学生培养质量和就业状况的直接反映,同时也将反作用于招生计划和生源质量。随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断完善,学生的自主观念和主体意识不断提高,对于高校来说,如何把招生与就业紧密结合起来,对于学生的个人进步以及学校的长远发展都有十分重要的意义。文章从协同理论的角度探讨了高校招生与就业之间的关系,并提出了相应的建议。enrollment and employment of the school＇s development of the two important areas.
