摘 要:"北冰红"是从[(山-欧)F2×山(山-欧)F2]F5代中选育出的新品种。果穗平均重159.5g,果粒重1.30g,正常成熟时果实可溶性固形物17.6%~25.8%,总酸1.322%~1.481%,出汁率65.4%~70.2%。生育期138~140d。12月上旬采收的冰冻果实的可溶性固形物35.2%~37.0%,总酸1.341%~1.592%,出汁率16.3%~23.1%。北冰红抗寒性和抗病力强,产量高,6年生树平均产量1388.4~1895.7kg/667m2,用其所酿的冰红葡萄酒酒质好。The new wine grape variety--Beibinghong was selected from F5 generation of [(V.Amurensis Rupr.) × (V.vinifera. L.) ] × (V.Amurensis Rupr. ). The average cluster weight was 159.5g, the average berry weight being 1.30g, the dissolved solids being 17.6%-25.8%, the total acid being 1.332%- 1.481%, and the juice extrating rate being 65.4% - 70.2%. The fruit development period was 138- 140d. The dissolved solids of frozen fruit harvested in early December was 35.2%-37.0%, the total acid being 1.341% - 1.592%, the rate of juice being 16.3% - 23.1%. Bebinghong had strong cold resistance and disease resistance, and high yield with the average yield of 6 years' plants being 1388.4 - 1895.Tkg/667m^2. The ice-red wine fermented by Beibinghong had good quality.
