摘　　要：职业教育在农村劳动力转移中具有独特的不可替代的作用,但农村职业教育应对农村劳动力转移需求的能力不足,是制约农村劳动力转移的主要影响因素之一。为此,拓展农村职业教育的功能,积极展现其化民、安民、育民和富民功能;同时构建和选择具有较好适宜性的促进农村劳动力转移的模式。Vocational education has a unique irreplaceable role in displacing rural labor force . But rural vocational education has inadequate capacity to meet the needs of displacing rural labor force. It is one of the main factors to restrict displacing rural labor force. So it is very important to expand the functions of vocational education in rural areas, and actively demonstrate its function of transform people, ease people, educate people and enrich peo- ple and at the same time build a better model for the promotion displacing rural labor force.
