摘  要:中小学校长职业的特点决定了其专业化发展趋势,而促进校长专业化发展的主要途径是进行有效的专业化培训。在总结培训模式经历了从单一的补偿性培训到多元化的按需施训的基础上,从培训目标、内容、方式和手段上提出构建专业化的校长培训模式的新思路。The occupational characteristics of principals of primary and secondary school determine its professional development trend. And the primary means to promote the professional development of principals is effective professional training. On the basis of the conclusion of training model developed from a single compensatory training to conduct the training in a wide range of on - demand, this paper from the training objectives, training content, training methods and means of training principals proposes the new ideas about building specialized training models.
