海蜇刺胞素降血压活性的研究

摘　　要：为开发一种降血压新药,向已麻醉的自发性高血压大鼠静脉注射沙蜇刺胞素200μg/kg,通过颈动脉插管测定并描记大鼠血压和心率的变化。结果表明:静脉注射一定剂量的沙蜇刺胞素,可使SHR血压和心率在短时间内明显下降,血压从原基础值(230.5±16.4)mmHg下降至(100.1±22.9)mmHg,心率从(485.1±12.3)BPM下降至(253.4±42.3)BPM。因此沙蜇刺胞素具有强降血压和降心率作用。The spontaneously hypertensive rats （SHR） were injected intravenous injection （iv） with 200 μg/kg of Stomolophus meleagris cnidophorin, investigated the changes of blood pressure （BP） and heart rate by carotid duct. From preliminary experiment it was showed that Stomolophus meleagrls cnidophorin produced a significant decrease in BP and HR, BP from （230.5±16.4） to （100.1±22,9） mmHg, and HR from （485.1±12.3） to （253.4±42.3） BPM. The experimental results showed that Stomolophus meleagris cnidophorin plays an important role in reducing blood pressure and heart rate. It is indicated that the Stomolophus meleagris cnidophorin can be developed into new medicine in reducing BP.
