摘 要:以乙烯受体基因LeETR1和LeETR2的反义转基因株系ale1和ale2及其杂交株系dale为材料,研究乙烯生物合成抑制剂AVG和CoCl2对这3个反义转基因表达株系器官衰老脱落特性的影响及转基因株系乙烯敏感性的变化。结果表明,经过AVG和CoCl2处理后,50%叶柄外植体的脱落时间延长4.6~6.2d,转基因株系与对照株系差异显著(p<0.05);50%花外植体的衰老时间延长2.4~3.9d,仅ale1和dale与对照株系差异显著(p<0.05)。研究结果提示番茄乙烯受体LeETR1和LeETR2在调节叶柄和花衰老脱落过程中所起作用不同。叶柄脱落由两个基因共同参与,花的衰老与LeETR2的关系不大;番茄植株在叶柄脱落过程中的乙烯敏感性与在花衰老过程中的乙烯敏感性不同,从而提示乙烯敏感性对不同的器官和过程有不同的意义。Three antisense transgenic lines of tomato were treated with ethylene biosynthesis inhibitors in order to investigate the organ senescence, abscissinn and the ethylene sensitivity of these lines. The results showed that after treated with AVG and CoCl2, the time of 50% petiole explants abscission extended 4.6-5.6 days of transgenic lines compared to 5.4-6.2 days of wild type BI, there was significant difference in petiole abscission between the transgenic lines and B1 (p〈0.05); the time of 50% flower explants senescence extended 2.4-3.9 of transgenic lines compared to 3.2-3.8 days of BI, there was significant difference between alel, dalel and BI (p〈0.05) . The results indicate that ethylene receptors LeETRI and LeETR2 play an important role in petiole abscission, while LeETR2 is probably not specifically associated with flower senescence. The ethylene sensitivity were not the same in these processes, it may have different meaning to different plant organ and different plant developmental process.
