摘  要:目的:采用水提取,甲醇低温沉淀蛋白,水定容离心过滤的前处理方法,使用高效液相色谱法同时测定乙酰磺胺酸钾、糖精钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸。结果:其精密度分别为2.9%、3.1%、2.6%、2.8%,最低检测浓度分别为0.005、0.005、0.005、0.0025g/kg,方法线性r〉0.9995,回收率均在90%~98%之间。结论:该方法简便快捷,准确度高,适用于大批量样品的快速分析。Objectives.To establish a method for determination of acesulfame potassium saccharin sodium benzoic acid, sorbic acid in meat and meat products by HPLC. The preparation included water extracting precipitatting protein by metyl alcohol at low temperature and centrifuging and tilting after fixed water volume. Result: Relative standard derivation of accesulfame potassium saccharin sodium benzoic acid,sorbic acid were respectively 2.9% ,3. 1% ,2.6% ,2.8% and the detection limit of them were respectively 0. 005,0. 005,0. 005,0. 0025 g/kg. A linear relationship holded over 0. 9995. Their recoveries were among 90% 98%. Conclusion:This method was simple,fast and accurate,and can be applied to the determination of a large of samples.
