摘  要:从大庆油田分离纯化出7株能以石油作为唯一碳源的石油降解细菌,并对降解能力进行研究,发现各菌株均能产表面活性剂,其中油膜面积大于3cm的菌株有PW01、PS01、PS02、PS04、PS05 5株细菌,各菌株均能产酸。摇瓶培养菌株PW01 7d,发现其对石油降解率高达68.33%,最适氮源为NH4Cl、最适磷源为1∶1的KH2PO4/K2HPO4,在此基础上设计正交试验,极差R大小比较发现各因素对菌株PW01的石油降解率影响次序为:石油>KH2PO4/K2HPO4>NH4Cl。Seven predominant strains which use petroleum hydrocarbon as the sole carbon source for decomposing oil had been isolated from the oil-polluted soil of Daqing oil field. Then the competence of the degradation was studied. The results was as followed: every bacteria could produce biosurfactant and the oil velum bigger than 3 cm were five bacteria which were PW01,PS05,PS02,PS01 and PS04.All of them could produce acid. PW01 bacteria was shaking cultured for seven days, and its degradation rate arrived at 68.33 %,the proper nitrogen source was NH4Cl and phosphorus source was KH2PO4/K2HPO4=1:1, The orthogonal experiment was designed on the base, the effect of every factor on the oil degradation was petroleum〉KH2PO4/K2HPO4〉NH4Cl by the comparison of range.
