摘　　要：本文阐述了吴阶平医学教育思想的如下要点：明确提出当代医学教育的培养目标及人才成长的规律；提倡自觉学习运用唯物辩证法，走又红又专道路；强调认识医学的社会科学属性，注重医生的人文素养；要求实行启发式教学，注重培养思维能力；重视基础临床相结合和科研能力的训练。This article elucidates the key points of Dr. WU Jie-ping＇ s medical educational theory, including the goal and way to success on modem medical education to study and utilize materialist dialectics consciously; to stress the social and humane property of medicine, cultivate the humanity of physicians, to attach importance on heuristic teaching and the ability of thinking; to emphasize the ability to integrate basic research with clinical practice and carry out research project.
