摘 要:目的通过总结我院开展护理进修人员整体素质教育的实践和效果,为进一步提高护理人员整体素质制定合理的培训方案提供依据。方法选择2006年-2007年来我院进修的712名护理人员为研究对象,比较其接受整体素质教育前后的各方面的表现,应用SPSS13.0软件对有关数据进行统计分析。结果比较接受整体素质教育前后,护理进修人员的业务素质的优良率提高了29.4%、体态素质的优良率提高了43.1%、心理素质的优良率提高了14.9%、政治素质的优良率提高了11.1%。结论在护理进修教学中,有计划、规范地实施整体素质教育,对培养优秀的护理专业人员非常必要。Objective To summarize and analyze the method and effect of quality education about nursing trainee, we aim to supply sufficient evidence for more adequate training project to further improve the diathesis of nursing staff. Method We collected the basic data about pre-and post-quality education of nursing trainee in our hospital between 2006 ~ 2007. All the data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0. Result Compared with pre-education, the working ability of post-education increased by 29.4% , the postural grace increased by 43.1%, psychological cultivation raised about 14.9% and political awareness boosted by 11.1%. Conclusion During the nursing training, it was extremely necessary to apply the quality education project regularly to cultivate excellent nursing specialists.
