摘　　要：通过介绍和讨论智能控制理论,分析了模糊控制、神经网络和专家系统在图书馆的管理和建设中的重要作用。智能控制具有许多优点,利用这些优点为图书馆的自动化、智能化和系统化发展打下良好的基础。The theory of intelligent control is introduced and discussed. The fuzzy control, neural control and expert system are analysed and in the library management and development. The intelligent control possesses many advantages. ,which pave the way for the development of library automation ,intelligence and systematization.
