摘　　要：在开放的电力市场中,输电网络起着十分重要的作用。电力市场的输电阻塞管理是一个有约束的规划问题。本文运用多元线性回归分析得出各线路上有功潮流关于机组出力的函数表达式;给出一种简明、合理的阻塞费用计算规则;应用规划模型,得到优化的分配方案及清算价格。In the opened electric power market, transmit electricity network plays a very important role. The market management problem of the transmit electricity block can be modeled mathematically as a programming problem with some constraint conditions. Firstly, the paper elicited an explicit formula of the function of the power produced by the work tide and applied to the machine units through linear regression of multiple variables and by virtue of the analysis. Then, it put forward a concise and reasonable rule for the computation of the electricity block cost. Finally, based on the programming model established in the paper, optimized distribute scheme and liquidated price were obtained.
