摘　　要：结合食品科学专业，对微生物学实验课程内容进行有机整合，建立微生物形态学、微生物营养与生长、微生物生理学等实验模块，形成新的“微生物学实验”课程体系，增强实验的综合性和应用性。经过几年的教学探索与实践，取得了良好的效果。For food science specialty, the integration of the morphologic, nutriologic and physiologic experiments of microbiology is performed and new course system of microbiological experiment is formed, so as to enforce integration and applicability of the experimental teaching by integrating the course contents. The better results have been obtained by teaching practice in some years.
