摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展,肉制品加工业在国民经济中占据了重要的地位。阐述了我国肉制品加工业的现状,分析了我国肉制品加工业存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施,最后展望了我国肉制品加工业的发展趋势。With the development of China＇s economy, the meat processing industry played an important role in the national economy. The present situation, problems and corresponding solving measures and the development trend of China＇s meat processing industry were elaborated in this paper.
