摘　　要：本文探讨了培养具有创新素质的复合型外语专业人才的教育理念以正确认识人才培养的根本目标，揭示了新理念带来的课程设置和教学方法方面新的思考维度。文章强调在外语创新教育中起关键作用的教师须树立反思教学的研宄意识，并对提高教学研究质量提出了一些建议。This paper is meant to discuss the necessity for cultivating creative and interdisciplinary talents of foreign languages to get the essence of education into perspective, as well as the relevant conception of syllabus design and pedagogy. It attaches great importance to teachers＇ action research and the focus of their professional development, Some proposals are also put forth with regard to ＂reflection-in-action＂.
