摘  要:目的分离鉴定藏药寨卡的有效部位并对其抗肿瘤活性进行初步研究。方法采用甲醇萃取、酸性氧化铝层析柱层析和谱图分析对寨卡有效部位进行分离提取和鉴定,采用S180荷瘤小鼠模型和CT-26荷瘤小鼠模型,探讨寨卡有效部位提取物的抗肿瘤活性。结果提取分离得到了寨卡中有抗肿瘤活性的有效部位,并经谱图分析鉴定该部位为硫代葡萄糖苷类。经抑瘤实验表明,其能明显抑制S180荷瘤小鼠和CT-26荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤增殖。结论硫代葡萄糖苷是寨卡抑制肿瘤增殖的有效部位,具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。Objective To extract and identify the active fraction of the seeds of Tibet Medicine Thlaspi arvense Linn. and to study its antitumor activities. Methods The active fraction of Thlaspi arvense linn was extracted and identified by nethanol -extraction, tart - Al2O3 colum chromatography ,TLC and HPLC. The anti - tumor effect was observed on the mouse model of S180 AND CT - 26. Results The active fraction of Thcaspi aruense Linn. was glucosinolate, and it could evidently inhibit the tumor propagation of the two kinds of animal models. Conclusion Glucosinolate is the active fraction of Thlaspi arvense Linn and it has good antitumor effects.
