摘　　要：劳动力转移就业是我国保持劳动力成本优势的重要原因。但如果缺乏对转移就业人员（外来劳务工）进行有效的继续教育，提升其人力资本，我国就很难实现产业结构转型，劳动生产率提升能力也将受限。目前，我国对外来劳务工的继续教育虽有一定关注与重视，但总体而言还存在较大不足。以问题为导向利于提高外来劳务工的继续教育水平。Transferring employment of workforce is important reason for maintaining workforce cost advan- tage in China, but if it lack effective further education for transferring employment workforce, the industrial structure transformation in China will be difficult to achieve and the ability upgrading of work pro- ductivity will also be limited. Nowadays, China has paid some attention on the further education of mi- grant worker, but there exist some shortages in the whole. Problem-oriented can contribute to enhance further education level of migrant workers.
