摘  要:以硫酸铵的水溶液为分散介质,利用双水相共聚合技术合成了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和两性聚丙烯酰胺增强剂。讨论了各种反应条件下目标产物对纸张强度的影响,实验结果表明,合成反应中,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作为分散剂分散效果最好,在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用量1.2%、硫酸铵用量10%、单体质量分数(相对反应液质量)15%、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)质量分数(相对单体总质量)30%的条件下,合成的聚丙酰胺增强效果最好,少量丙烯酸能有效提高目标产物的增强效果。The cationic polyacrylamide and amphoteric polyacrylamide as paper strengthening agents were synthesized from acrylamide (AM) and dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate methyl chloride (DMC) by aqueous two-phase copolymerization in the solution of ammonium sulfate and polyvinyl pyrrolidon. The effects of concentrations of initiator, monomers of acrylamide, DMC and dispersant of the system were investigated, The results showed that the optimum reaction condition is that the dosage of polyvinyl pyrrolidon based on emulsion mass is 1.2 % (w), the ammonium sulfate 10%(w), monomer concentration 15% (w) and DMC dosage based on monomer mass 30%. The product with small amount of acrylic acid in the aqueous two-phase copolymerization can increase the paper's strength effectively when it is used as the paper strengthening agent.
