紫红色表型盐地碱蓬叶片营养成分分析

摘　　要：本文分析了黄河三角州海边潮间带叶片的营养成分.结果表明,与绿色表型叶片相比,紫红色表型盐地碱蓬叶片中粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、总糖含量较低,而甜菜红素、维生素C和类胡萝卜素等抗氧化剂成分含量较高.The nutrient analysis of red-violet phenotype Suaedxt Salsa leaves grown in the Yellow River Delta was performed. It showed that the content of coarse protein, crude fiber, crude fat and total sugar in the leaves was lower in the red- violet phenotype, compared with that of the green phenotype, but the content of antioxidants such as betacyanins, vitamin C, carotenoids was higher than that of the green phenotype. The results provided the basic data for the ufilization of this wild plant.
