摘 要:分别对7株香菇菌株的子实体和菌丝体的多糖和可溶性蛋白含量进行了测定,并对可溶性蛋白进行了电泳分析。结果表明:野生香菇子实体多糖和可溶性蛋白的含量分别高于和低于栽培香菇子实体的含量,所有香菇菌株的菌丝体多糖和可溶性蛋白含量均高于相应子实体多糖和可溶性蛋白含量。菌丝体可溶性蛋白电泳图谱谱带间差异较小;而子实体可溶性蛋白电泳图谱谱带间差异较大,进一步通过聚类分析发现,当相似系数为0.70时,7个香菇菌株可被分为4类,这表明子实体可溶性蛋白电泳图谱对于香菇的分类具有重要的作用。The content of polysaqcharide and soluble protein of mycelia and fruitbodies of seven Lentinus edodes strains were determined respectively, and the soluble protein was analysed with SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis. The results showed the content of polysaccharide of fruitbodies of the wild strains was higher than that of the cul- tivated strains, but the content of soluble protein of mycelia of the wild strains was lower than that of the cultivat- ed strains, and the content of polysaccharide and soluble protein of mycelia of every strain was higher than that of fruitbodies of every strain. The electrophoretogram of soluble proteins of mycelia of all strains was similar, but the electrophoretogram of soluble protein of fruitbodies of all strains was different. Then, the genetic similarity were analysed by UPGMA, the results showed when the coefficient was 0.70, seven strains were collected into four groups, so the electrophoretogram of soluble proteins was a useful supplementary means for the classification of L. edodes.
