摘　　要：文章就茶叶中多酚类物质及其分析方法现状进行了系统性的介绍,并着重对高锰酸钾滴定法、分光光度法、红外光谱法、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)等主要分析方法进行了评述,提出了用HPLC-DAD-MS建立一种稳定的、快速的、适用范围广,且一次性测定茶叶中多种不同组成的多酚类物质的方法。Tea polyohenols and the present research status of their determinations were reviewed in this article, and the primary determination methods of tea polyohenols were systematically introduced, some of them such as KMnO4 titration method, spectrophotometry, infrared spectroscopy, high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） and so on were discussed. According to the above, a method with HPLC-DAD-MS was proposed to determine most polyohenols in tea simultaneously, which is stable, rapid and more useful.
