摘　　要：当前外来语的引进达到了一个新的高峰,而相应的理论研究和规范工作则显得滞后。在理论研究方面应当努力探求新的研究角度、采用新的研究方法,加强外来语的搜集整理工作并扩大研究范围。在规范方面应明确规范的目的、对象、依据、原则和当前的任务。At present the introduction of foreign words reaches the new peak while the corresponding theoretical research and standardization lag behind. We should try our best to study borrowed words from the new perspective and by adopting the new research method, strengthen the collection of borrowed words and enlarge the research scope and define the purpose, object, grounding, principle and present task in terms of standardization.
