摘  要:以白灵菇(Pleurotus nebrodensis)天山2号菌株为试材,研究了白灵菇生长发育过程中胞外滤纸酶、羧甲基纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、淀粉酶、漆酶、酸性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶活性变化的规律。结果表明,整个生育期的胞外酶活性变化具有明显的阶段性。滤纸酶、羧甲基纤维素酶和半纤维素酶活性菌丝生长阶段较低,现蕾后活性急剧增强。酸性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶活性菌丝生长阶段比较稳定,现蕾前相对较低,子实体生长阶段两种酶的活性又明显增强。整个生长阶段酸性蛋白酶的活性明显高于中性蛋白酶的活性。Changes in the levels of seven extracellular enzymes (filter paper enzyme, carboxymethyl cellulase, hemicellulase, amylase, laccase, acid proteinase and neutral proteinase) were recorded at different stages of the developmental cycle of Pleurotus nebrodensis, strain “ Tianshan No. 2 ”. Filter paper enzyme, carboxymethyl cellulase and hemicellulase levels were relatively low during the vegetative growth phase but increased sharply at the onset of primordium formation. Acid and neutral proteinase activities remained constant during vegetative growth, decreased to relatively low levels before the appearance of primordia, and increased again during the fruit body growth stage.
