摘　　要：信息化时代的到来,让高校教育工作者(包括辅导员在内)随时面临"职业恐慌"。在新形势下高校辅导员在高校学生管理教育中发挥着极其重要的作用。本文从坚定信念、勤奋学习、不断提升自身综合素质等方面探讨了如何做一名优秀的高校辅导员。With the arrival of the information age, educators at colleges and universities lace the career panic . Counselors play a vital role in the management and education of University and College students under the new situation. This article discussed how to be an outstanding counselor at university or college from the firm belief, hard study, improving their comprehensive qualities and other aspects.
