摘　　要：分析了加强高校师德师风建设的必要性,阐述了加强这项工作应遵循的几个原则,并提出了若干对策建议:提高教师自我修养,关心和爱护教师,建立科学的管理体系。This paper analyzes the necessity of strengthening the construction of teachers＇ morality in colleges and universities, expounds some rules on strengthening this work, and then puts forward several suggestions on how to strengthen them, that is, improving the teachers＇ self-accomplishment, showing concern with teachers and establishing a scientific administration system.
