摘　　要：探讨了民族高校开展文化素质教育的途径与方法,介绍了开展文化素质教育活动的实践和经验。实践表明,开展文化素质教育的途径与方法研究是民族高校教育教学的重要任务,在对其进行积极研究和探索的基础上再赋之以有效地实施,如领导机制的加强、文化素质教育体系的构建、大学生自我教育功能的发挥等,将使民族大学生在高等教育中得到更加全面的发展。Culture- oriented quality education in universities, an important content in promoting comprehensive quality education, plays a more special and significant role in the culture - oriented quality education in nationalities universities. This paper presents approaches to carry on the culture - oriented quality education in nationalities universities and introduces practice and experiences concerning the education. It is stated that the study on approaches to culture - oriented quality education is an important task for the education and teaching in nationalities universities. It is also proposed that the improvement of leadership structure, the construction of the culture - oriented quality education system, the full play of students＇ self - education will enable students to fully develop themselves.
