摘　　要：从分析我国IT项目知识内容体系不完善、知识管理流程不规范以及传统的管理信息系统无法满足知识管理的需要入手,以调查问卷的方式,界定IT项目知识内容体系,建立IT项目知识管理模型与支持系统,对系统运行机制进行分析,实现IT项目知识系统化、自动化管理以及知识整合共享,提高IT项目知识使用效率。案例分析表明,该模型可有效地改善项目知识管理流程,可达到提高项目成功率的目的。最后指出IT项目知识管理支持系统进一步的研究方向。Based on the analysis of problems that exist in the knowledge management of IT projects in China, such as the imperfect knowledge management system, and the nonstandard knowledge management processes, as well as the difficulty of the traditional management information system to meet the needs of knowledge management, using the questionnaire research approach, this paper defineds the contents of IT projects knowledge management, establishes IT projects knowledge management model and support system, discusses the system operational mechanism, realizes the systematic and automation knowledge management of IT projects, as well as the integration and sharing of the knowledge, improves the efficiency of the use of IT project knowledge. It is proved by the case study that this model improves project knowledge management processes effectively, and improves the success rate of IT projects. In the end this paper points out the further research directions of IT projects knowledge management model and support system.
