摘 要:以淀粉工业废水为原料,选用金针菇、香菇菌株,进行了利用淀粉废水进行液体深层发酵的可行性及其菌株在淀粉废水中的生长适性研究.结果表明,它们能在经糖化后的淀粉废水培养基中生长,营养条件稍经调整后,生长适性得以改进.在供试菌株中,金针菇851、杂交19和香菇Cr02生长较好.此外作者还对淀粉废水的组分含量进行了测定.The wastewater from starch industry was used as medium, and some strains of Flammulina velutipes and Lentinus edodes were selected as tested strains, the studies focused on the possibility of utilizing the wastewater for submerged culture of the edible mushrooms and its growth adaptability in the wastewater. The results showed that the mushrooms could grow in the saccharified wastewater, and their growth adaptability were improved after adjusting the nutrition condition. Among the six tested strains, i.e. three of Flammulina velutipes and the other three of Lentinus edodes, the '851' and 'Zajiao 19'of Flammulina velutipes , the 'Cr02' of Lentinus edodes grew better in the medium. Meanwhile, the composition of the wastewater was also determined.
