摘　　要：本文根据医学教育国际标准提出的全球医学教育的最基本要求,结合本科室在内科临床带教中重视加强学生综合能力的培养,提高学生的岗位能力和社会竞争力,提出了在带教中的具体做法与措施。This article is based on the requirement of the international standards in medical education, integrated with the clinic teaching on strengthening the cultivation of learners comprehensive ability and improving the students＇ vocation post ability and social competition ability, which is bring forward with detailed process and measure for the clinic teaching.
